Overview
Solid Wood Bedroom Chest
With its substantial proportions, clean architectural framing, and understated Craftsman influence, the Coahoma Chest of Drawers brings a grounded, enduring presence to the bedroom. Broad vertical posts, subtly stepped top and base molding, inset drawer fronts, and block feet give the piece a strong furniture-built character without excessive ornamentation. The straightforward design also provides an ideal canvas for expressive hardwoods, allowing distinctive grain, knots, and natural variations to become part of the aesthetic.A pair of smaller upper drawers balances four generously sized drawers below, creating a handsome graduated arrangement while offering practical organization for everything from smaller personal items to folded clothing and linens. Each drawer features solid dovetailed construction and full-extension undermount soft-close slides for smooth, quiet operation and complete access.

Our bedroom furniture was delivered yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful! We are so very happy with the style, color of stain and the workmanship! Allen did a wonderful job getting it upstairs with my husband's help. Thank you for all your assistance along the way! We have highly recommended Countryside Amish to friends. The whole room has a different and more beautiful feel to it!
A truly excellent chest of drawers...
This chest of drawers is beautifully made and fits perfectly in my seaside home. I wanted to share a story that attests to the quality and craftsmanship (though I don't recommend testing this out on your own!). A week ago, we had a large coastal storm and water came in through my ceiling and went right on top of this bureau. AND, we didn't know of the leak until 3 days later when we arrived home so this water was literally sitting on top for 3 days. I don't know how its possible but the chest had ZERO damage. I have to assume that the finish is so finely honed that it just resisted any staining. I was shocked and thrilled as I would have been so sad to see this beautiful piece of art ruined. I will be very excited to purchase through Countryside again
Thanks!
Thank you! I've attached a photo of the bedroom with the Rustic Walnut set.
Gentlemen’s chest
Chest looked even better in person than it did on the website....can’t wait to order a second piece for my bedroom!
Lovely Cambridge chest with door
I am so thankful for the beautiful workmanship of this piece. Drawers glide so nicely on their own to close. I’m so pleased to have worked with Lauren who was so helpful with questions. Thanks again
Thank You
We are enjoying our furniture in our new lake home. It perfectly fits our style of rustic elegance. It is well constructed and will be enjoyed for many generations. Thank you for providing a very high quality product.
Very Well Made
This furniture is very well made, and I would recommend it to anyone!
Love my new bedroom furniture!!!
This is the nicest piece of furniture I have ever owned. My old bedroom furniture is like doll house furniture by comparison. The beveled mirror is high enough so I don't have to bend over to see myself the wood is gorgeous, the drawers glide like magic and it's built to last for generations.
Thanks!
I am more than happy to provide feedback. We are beyond thrilled with the furniture. Not only is it beautiful, but it is extremely well made. The finish is so smooth, the drawers glide smoothly, the cabinets close crisply and easily. My dad was a woodworker, so I know the hours of work that go into creating such beautiful and functional furniture. The furniture is not inexpensive, but it is worth every penny knowing that it is made from solid maple with beautiful brass pulls and knobs. It was also great to have professionals deliver and set up the furniture. I'm so glad I found your company in my online search.
Beautiful!
Love our new chest of drawers, beautiful quality construction.
