What’s your delivery policy?

We provide professional White Glove Delivery across the Continental U.S. for a flat $150 per order, which includes in‑home placement, room-of-choice delivery, and full assembly with a few exceptions (no cribs or wall attachments). After your handcrafted piece is completed, we’ll email you, schedule a delivery window within 1–3 weeks (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM), transport your bookcase and other furniture blanket‑wrapped for protection, and remove all packing materials upon setup.

I want to make modifications to the bookcase designs. What’s next?

We can do numerous modifications to ensure your bookcase fits your space, style, and storage needs perfectly. Want to add locks to the cabinet doors in the base for secure storage? Need to modify the height, width, or depth to fit an alcove—or add a crown, toe-kick, or molding to match existing trim? We can also tailor shelf spacing for oversized books, integrate cord management for media equipment, swap hardware styles and finishes, and more. Connect with our team anytime via Live Chat for fast answers and real-time guidance. Prefer email or a quick call? We’ll reach out in the way that works best for you and walk through measurements, options, and timelines. Share photos, sketches, or inspiration, and we’ll translate your ideas into a clear plan and custom quote for your made-to-order bookcase with a cabinet base.
